Moving On Up… North!
Over 30 years ago, LabtronX began working in the water Industry in Tennessee. Within a few years, we began working in Kentucky, and then we reached out to southern Ohio. We always wanted to have a second office in Cincinnati to serve our northern customers better and to offer our services to new utility communities.
In June, that idea became a reality! One of our senior technicians, Erick West, relocated his family to the Cincinnati area. As a current LabtronX customer in the North/North-east, you will be able to get unscheduled services more quickly and efficiently. Making a quick day trip out to your facility just became a lot easier! This is a whole new adventure, but we are very excited to see how it grows.
On the personal side, Erick West and his wife Jennifer, have purchased their first home in northern Kentucky, and could not be happier. They are having a great time learning about their new city and all it has to offer. They have met their neighbors and have already enjoyed a few get-togethers with them. Jen is excited to have a great job teaching in a local school. And their toddler son, Harrison, is loving all the new fun!
We wish Erick and his family all the best in this new adventure. There will be many challenges in the years ahead, but their LabtronX family is still just a few hours away. If you’re in the area, say hey to Erick and make him feel welcome!
