We have begun the process we are calling “Phase 01” of our new
service and implementation software. This technology will
revolutionize the way we work with the water and wastewater plants
that we have the privilege of calling our customers.
Our new system will allow us to dispatch jobs to our technicians
and retain on-site records electronically. You’ll start to see our techs
using their mobile digital devices more and more (and far less paper)
as we move through the different phases of implementation.
We see so many opportunities to benefit our customers- from more
reporting options, tracking calibration and maintenance history-
to electronic storage of all of your devices’ service records.
