Yeah, We Can Do That for You!
Here of late, I have had the privilege to visit some of our customers for Accuracy Assurance visits or repairs. I have had conversations with almost all of the operators about their plants and all LabtronX does for them. Many times, they were surprised that we offer more than just calibrations and repairs on lab equipment. For instance, did you know that LabtronX performs calibration of flowmeters and magmeters? We do that. What about sales of pH buffers and other reagents you might need for daily testing? We do that too. Being around for almost 40 years, we “do” just about everything! And if we don’t, we might have contacts for other companies that can help.
LabtronX can help you with solutions to your problems. Recently, an operator had us visit to troubleshoot a meter that was having issues. While we were there, we discovered a totally different issue that hadn’t become apparent yet. We were able to give the operator an effective way to correct this issue before it became a catastrophic problem. Now, when that operator needs something, he’ll call us first to see if we “do that.”
